Education Excellence Australia is pleased to offer a 2027 professional learning grant to a limited number of schools to take part in the Developing Excellence Series.
The Developing Excellence Series is a whole school professional learning program that moves your school through a clear arc: know your current state, establish your desired state, and design a pathway to change towards that state that belongs to the school.
Each session can stand alone. Together, they transform how your staff think about teaching.
The Developing Excellence Series is valued at $20,000 (excluding GST) to deliver up to 20 hours of professional learning with the grant subsidising half of the cost for schools.
The problem with most PL
Evidence-based practice gets handed down as a mandate. Teachers comply, but compliance doesn't lead to change. Without a grounding in context and establishing ownership of change.
How we do it
You set the focus and we build the professional learning around it, from learning outcomes to session length and frequency. We build the capacity in your teachers that makes the evidence actually land, and change actually stick.
What we do instead
We start with the school and the teachers. Your data, instructional models, annual action plans and school review findings. These become basis of what professional learning is built around.
What can we focus on?
Schools can choose from our core offerings of instructional models, signature pedagogies, literacy and numeracy, AI and technology use, or choose their own.
